VCN – With the fact that 43 transaction offices of State Treasury have been dissolved, General Department of Taxation requests the provincial Tax Departments to guide taxpayers who are conducting transactions of paying taxes, fees, charges and other amounts to the transaction office under the State Bank at provincial level, that they have been dissolved and to transfers addresses for payment.

The General Department of Taxation has just sent Official Letter No. 2095 / KK-TCT to 63 Tax Departments for announcing the change of State Treasury departments for receiving state revenue.
Accordingly, on 1/6, 43 transaction offices under the State Treasury were officially dissolved. To coordinate with the State Treasury in collecting state budget in 43 provinces where State Treasury transaction offices are dissolved, the General Department of Taxation requested the provincial Tax Departments to guide taxpayers who are conducting transactions for paying taxes, fees, charges and other amounts to the transaction office under the State Bank at provincial level, that they have been dissolved and to inform taxpayers of new addresses for payment
Specifically, when making a statement of payment to the State Budget (or declaration of tax payment) from 1/6/2018, taxpayers will write/select the information of the State Treasury where the receipt is the Office of the State Treasury at provincial level in the same area.
The Tax Department shall direct the tax offices in the localities to receive lists of remittance vouchers in coordination with transaction offices under the provincial-level State Treasury to carry out the collection and compare State budget remittance vouchers before 1/6/2018 to ensure completeness and in time.
For the State budget remittance voucher generated from 1/6/2018, the tax office which is transmitting a remittance voucher will compare vouchers for payment to the State budget with the State Treasury Office in the same area.
In addition, the General Department of Taxation also requested the tax departments to announce on the website of the Department and notify the banks in the locality about the change of information of the State Treasury where the vouchers are received as mentioned in point 1 as above.
