Immigration flights start landing from 5 a.m to 2-3 a.m the next morning. Usually the largest passenger quantity is on the evenings, when flights arrive, including many delayed flights, causing large quantities of passengers.
However, the Department predicted this situation and reasonably arranged the forces and procedure areas for luggages of entry passengers against the jam situation.
