Accordingly, the General Department of Customs requires the local Customs Department to arrange officials to handle procedures for exported goods 24/7 for consignments gathered at the border gates until the Chinese side closes and the enterprise has no applications.
For consignments that have gone through export customs procedures but have not yet met the standards, quality, traceability and packaging according to Chinese regulations, the customs office shall create conditions for enterprises to carry out activities to change packages, classify, repackage goods, affix stamps on traceability in warehouse and yard areas under the customs supervision. It is ensured that these activities do not change the origin, categories of goods declared on the customs declaration.
In addition, the provincial and municipal Customs Departments must coordinate with competent agencies in the province and warehouse and yard operators at border gates to arrange a reasonable transport channel for imported and exported goods, which gives priority to exported goods.
