As a result, in 2019, 400 enterprises participated in online public services at Quang Ninh Customs
The unit has received and processed 4,942 dossiers related to 21 types of procedures; releasing the result of handling for 4,900 sets of dossiers.
Recently, Quang Ninh Customs has implemented extensive reformstogether with the whole sector from the legal basis system, implemented electronic customs clearance, electronic tax collection, online public services and connecting the National Single Window and ASEAN Single Window.
Besides that, in removing obstacles and accompanying enterprises, Quang Ninh Customs considered the difficulties and obstacles of enterprises as the difficulties and obstacles of Customs.
For example, in accompanying with enterprises, the unit changed its way of implementation from passive to active.
Leaders of the department, manager of the branches and divisions, team leaders participated in working groups to meet and work with enteprises. They listened, learned and shared about the difficulties and obstacles together with enterprises to facilitate enterprises when carrying out procedures through their localities.
Changing the form of dialogues with enterprises under the model of “Morning cafe with Entreprise”, meeting and interacting with enterprises by sector, group of enterprises having the same type of import and export activities.
Along with that, establising a support group to accompany with enteprises and support groups to encourage firms to comply with the law voluntarily.
