VCN – More than 280 enterprises that violated customs management policies for goods allowed to take back for preservation while waiting for specialised inspection results, thus they were not allowed to bring goods back for preservation. According to the HCM City Customs Department, as of February 15, 284 enterprises had violated customs management policy for goods allowing to take back for preservation while waiting for specialised inspection results by Ho Chi Minh City Customs. Of that number, 256 enterprises are overdue 30 days but have not submitted inspection results.
The remainder of enterprises that submitted overdue specialized inspection results were sanctioned for administrative violations by the HCMCity Customs Department and were not allowed to take back for preservation within six months from the date of issuing the sanctioning decision.
Notably, among the enterprises violating the specialized inspection management policy this time, most owe the results of the specialised inspection in the field of registering.
In particular, three enterprises have delayed submission of specialised inspection results, but they have left the business registration address, including: Quoc Viet Trading and Consulting Co., Ltd owed to the specialised inspection results of two customs declarations from the year of 2014; Thien Phu Investment Construction Trading Service Co., Ltd owed specialised inspection results of two customs declarations from 2016 and Thien Truong Son Co., Ltd., owed specialised inspection results of one customs declaration.
HCM City Customs Department has sent a list of violating enterprises to local customs units nationwide to coordinate and implement sanctions for violating enterprises on specialised inspections.
