According to the bill of lading, 7 containers held "Green Mark" Vodka. They also included "Russian Standard Vodka" and "Vodka".

Interestingly, 2 derelict containers imported into Haiphong port 3 years ago have not had declared Customs procedures, and others have sat at Hai Phong port for 2 years, scattered in many ports including: Nam Hai Dinh Vu, Tan Vu, Hai An, PTSC, and Green port.

Currently, Hai Phong has the largest backlog of goods in Vietnam, especially used tires.

According to a recent report of Hai Phong Customs Department, by March 15, 2016, Hai Phong port had a backlog of 3,845 containers (overdue for Customs procedures by 90 days or more).

In particular, before January 1, 2013, the backlog of containers transported to Hai Phong port was 2,369 containers; and after January 1, 2013 the amount was 1,476 containers.

Of 4 Customs Branches in Hai Phong, the Customs Branch of Hai Phong port, Region II and the Customs Branch of Hai Phong port, Region III has the largest backlog of containers.

At the Customs Branch of Hai Phong port, Region II, there is a backlog of 1,333 containers (with 975 containers imported into the port before January 1, 2013); and at the Customs Branch of Hai Phong port, Region III, there is a backlog of 1,338 containers (with 1,029 containers imported into the port before January 1, 2013).

In order to handle the backlog of goods, Hai Phong Customs Department assigned the Customs Control Team to resolve the backlog of containers from 2013 and earlier. The backlog of containers from 2013 to date will be handled by the Customs Branches of ports. Currently, the functional units of Hai Phong Customs Department are actively processing the backlog, particularly for used automobile tires to prevent the risk of insecurity and environmental pollution.
