The volume of imported car sharply dropped (down 48%) compared to the same period in 2016. This decrease is due to that businesses imported the sufficient volume of cars under signed contracts and transferred to import components to assemble in the home country and carry out the procedures at Ha Nam Ninh Customs Department. Thereby, in the last 3 months of 2017, the imported car is no longer the main revenue for the Department.
