The Deputy Prime Minister assigned the Ministry of Industry and Trade to chair and collaborate with the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Justice to study and urgently issue measures in a timely fashion to prevent loopholes in the Protective Tariff to ensure the efficiency of protective measures for imported rolled steel.
Beyond their competence, they need to report to the Prime Minister for consideration and decision, and report the implementation results in January, 2017.

The Ministry of Finance directed Customs authorities to inspect the situation of the same type of imported rolled steel which is applied the different HS codes before and after the decision of applying the Protective Tariff issued to control in a timely fashion and ensure the unified application and in accordance with the provisions of the law, avoiding the loss of State budget revenues; and report to the Prime Minister the results before January 15, 2017.
