This is the statistics of the Mong Cai Customs Branch, Quang Ninh Customs Department (units directly assigned to manage the area)
On average, the department handles over 200 tons of fruits and 200 tons of seafood products.
Up to now, the clearance point at the pontoon bridge of Km3+4 Mong Cai has attracted more than 20 enterprises and 30 border residents to carry out procedures for agricultural products and seafood exported to China.
In addition, many businesses have come to survey, find partners to export goods through the area.
Some customs officers of Mong Cai Customs Branch said that the import and export activities in the area is 24/24. Therefore, the units assigned enough officials and civil servants to participate and be in charge (3 shifts per day ) to monitor and handle procedures.
To attract enterprises to participate in procedures through the general area and Km3 + 4 in particular, besides the VNACCS / VCIS system, the Department has introduced many internal management software programs (software for managing goods of border residents and transfer of border gate) to facilitate the process of inspection and supervision, thereby shortening the time for carrying out procedures for enterprises.
